I wanted to do something not to expensive … It would be for kids ages 4 – 10 any ideas would be great thanks. We (my daughter and I) made snowman heads out of White Chocolate covered Oreos. Use mini chocolate chips for the eyes, cut off the bottoms of gumdrops for earmuffs, and cut little slivers of orange gummy candies for the nose. Mouth is optional. "Glue" the items on with white frosting. Very easy, very fun, and very cute! Have fun! take old puzzle pieces and glue to together in the shape of a triangular tree and paint them, then tie a string to them to make it an ornament I would suggest buying plain white ornaments. When I was a girl, I had a Christmas book and now that I'm an adult I'd like to buy it for my kids. I think it was printed about AT LEAST 10 years ago. The book was a picture book for children during Christmas time… I specifically remember it had between 175-250 pages, and had crafts for the family (with pictures of step-by-step instructions), recipes for Christmas cooking (pictures of the ingredients and final foods), and Christmas songs (The Xmas songs had actual music notes and beats for piano playing with illustrations next to it). there was a Santa Claus on the front cover with his reindeer in the background flying in the night sky. does anyone know a book 'like' this? if so, can you tell me the author and illustrator. it has to be fairly cheap, and can be done in one evening! thanks so much! Buy some white card and fold in half and create your own christmas cards, or just themed decorations! Paints and decor can be bought fairly cheaply and you can make your own stamps using anything from bottle corks to household sponges. Try using different things too, such as pieces of white wool to create snowflakes glued onto a blue background At the craft stores they usally have those clear glass ornaments for fairly cheap. They can be filled with glitter, candy, confetti, ect….or they can be painted; you can glue stuff to them, ect… Or you can buy some clay for fairly cheap & sculpt Christmas ornaments. You can make cards using die cut 3D Decoupage or rubber stamping or even using peel offs.

And the back part of it has been misplaced. so i asked my husband what he did with it. He did move it and the box it came in. he said i did not move it. I said oh i know you did. I have three children from the ages of 12, 7, and 18 months. Christmas is a big celebration for us. Although besides baking cookies, I've never really did any crafts for Christmas.
